1800 Larimer Rebrand

Brand Identity, Environmental Graphics & Property Marketing

1800 Larimer leasing sign with blue and gold geometric graphics on a wood-slat wall

Project overview

1800 Larimer is a 22-story LEED office tower in downtown Denver that was being repositioned to win back tenants. I developed a refreshed brand identity and integrated marketing system to reintroduce the building to the market and give people a compelling reason to return to the office.

Drawing from the tower's modern architecture, I paired a contemporary wordmark with a geometric pattern system and a palette of deep teal, warm neutrals, and sky blue. I then carried that visual language across every touchpoint, from the leasing website, email campaigns, and social media to property signage and lobby window graphics.
